Many things in our life come from us being triggered

A trigger is something/person/happening/event/dreamthat gets to the deepest part of ourselves and results in a response that is far bigger than would be normally expected (which is an indication that it is poking something deep within us).

Therapy is the unravelling of triggers so that we understand them and can then regain some control or choices around the responses that we have.
