Enough - to be balanced we need "enough" of all things.


What is “enough” is unique to each person, but “not enough” or a lack of some aspects of us; e.g. thoughts, feelings, emotions, is not a sign of inner health

we need enough joy and sadness

 

enough hardship and ease

enough love and discipline

enough success and failure

enough pain and pleasure

 

enough having

enough loss


Therapy is the rebalancing of all these "enoughs", as imbalance is often a cause of depression anxiety and other mental ill health.
